The 1st International San Joaquin Film Festival comes to the Stockton Empire Theatre and Matinée Video Lounge for the "Movies on the Mile" programs here in Stockton's famous Miracle Mile District from June 5 to June 8, 2008, featuring a global collection of feature and short films.

Each "Movies on the Mile" Flex Ticket allows a patron to view one of any of the films at the Empire Theatre or the Matinée Lounge on a specific day.
